How do I choose the right size?
Measure the girth of the chest, just behind the front legs, and the circumference of the neck. Current measurements in the size guide are provisional.
How should I care for the material?
Wipe the microfiber suede with a dry cloth after each walk, and with a barely damp cloth after rain or snow. Let it dry away from direct heat. Detailed care instructions will ship with each piece.
What are the objects made of?
A premium matte microfiber suede exterior; inside, breathable black mesh, soft neoprene and EVA padding (3–5 mm depending on the piece). Hardware in a matte champagne-gold finish. Each piece carries a discreet QR medallion.
Which pieces are numbered?
Every Tech Harness and Minimalist Harness receives a unique number according to its order of sale, according to their order of sale. Join the VELKYNO Circle to hear about the launch. Collars, leashes, utility pouches and identity medallions are not numbered as products; the identity medallion has its own separate serial reference.
The Registry.
What does the QR medallion actually do?
Anyone who finds your companion can scan the medallion with a phone camera — no app, no account. They see the profile you chose to publish and can call or write to you in one tap. If the medallion is unreadable, the serial can also be looked up manually.
What information is visible to a finder?
Only the fields you choose to make visible on the profile, including contact methods and useful information. You can change their visibility from your guardian space.
Is the VELKYNO Registry active today?
The VELKYNO Registry is presented as a launch preview: medallions activate with the first production, and claiming a number will require a genuinely issued number and its activation code. A public profile will always be opt-in and revocable. Details will be confirmed before orders open.
Can I preview a profile before buying?
Yes — a demonstration profile is published so you can see exactly what a finder sees.

What is your returns policy?
30 days to return or exchange. First size exchange is complimentary. One-year warranty on stitching and hardware, in addition to the legal warranty.
When does the first edition launch?
The Maison is in prelaunch. Request priority access and you will be notified first when orders open. This is not an order, a deposit or a guaranteed reservation. Every VELKYNO harness will be numbered according to its order of sale.
